l Speedway is a fast-paced sport where constant situational awareness is required, whether it is as a driver, crew, ofcial, staff member, volunteer or fan. It can be dangerous. l All persons entering or parking vehicles at Mercury Baypark Stadium do so at their own risk. l A person may at the discretion of Speedway Racing Limited, Speedway New Zealand Incorporated or Bay Venues Limited be refused admission to or evicted from Mercury Baypark Stadium or any part of it or be permitted entry into Mercury Baypark Stadium on certain terms and conditions e.g. without goods or items that they intended to bring into Mercury Baypark Stadium. l Only alcohol purchased at Mercury Baypark Stadium may be consumed on site and solely in designated areas. The pits area, track and track entry specically are not designated or permitted areas for the consumption of alcohol. l Vaping and smoking is permitted only in designated areas. l Children under the age of 14 must be supervised by an adult at all times. l All persons entering Mercury Baypark Stadium shall abide by re and emergency exit regulations and not block any re exit pathways. l If a person is refused entry or directed to leave Mercury Baypark Stadium that refusal or direction shall be deemed to be a trespass notice. If a person so directed does not leave Mercury Baypark Stadium, they may be liable to arrest or prosecution for trespass. l To the maximum extent permitted by law, none of Speedway Racing Limited, Speedway New Zealand Incorporated, nor Bay Venues Limited, their licensees, contractors or agents shall have any liability for any injury, loss or damage suffered by any person or their property under any circumstances before, during, or after a Speedway event at Mercury Baypark Stadium and shall be held indemnied against any such injury, loss or damage. l Speedway Racing Limited reserves the right to alter the programme at its sole discretion. l Should a Speedway meeting be abandoned before the sixth event has been completed, a re-admittance ticket will be issued to all ticket holders. This will allow entry to the re-run meeting. Under no circumstances will the ticket price be refunded nor any compensation paid for any loss suffered as a consequence of a meeting being abandoned. l Camera and video recording equipment are permitted in the stadium only on the condition that all ownership in the property rights and images belong to SRL Speedway Racing Limited and that you are recording for your own personal and private use. There is strictly NO Live streaming of the event and any footage uploaded to social media that views a race in its entirety must not be posted within a week of the event being recorded. l You are not permitted to make any images or footage available to any other person by any means for any purpose whatsoever. “Held under the General Regulation of Speedway New Zealand INC” l No part of this publication may be reproduced, stored in a retrieval system, or transmitted in any form without prior written permission of Speedway Racing Limited. l Permission is only deemed valid if approval is in writing.
