The stage is set at Baypark Speedway as Sprintcar drivers prepare for a brand new challenge the Auto Super Shoppes Baypark Sprintcar Trifecta.
Thanks to the generous backing of Auto Super Shoppes and supporters Geoff Harper and Suzanne Harper drivers will battle it out across three high-intensity nights of racing for a share of a $5,000 prize pool.
The Trifecta will unfold over three key dates — 14th March, 21st March, and 4th April — where consistency, commitment, and outright speed will determine who stands tallest at the end of the series.
To be eligible, drivers must commit to all three meetings, with entries submitted on time. From there, the points battle begins. The scoring system is simple but ruthless: points will be awarded based on the number of cars in the feature race. If 20 cars start, points will be awarded 20 down to 1. If 18 cars start, points run 18 down to 1, and so on.
Every lap counts even if luck turns against you. Drivers who DNF (Did Not Finish) will still receive points based on the position they retire in the feature race, meaning every spot on the track could prove crucial in the final standings.
After three rounds of intense Sprintcar action, the driver with the highest cumulative points will claim the Trifecta crown and the lion’s share of the $5,000 prize pool, with the full payout structure to be revealed privately to competitors and distributed following the final round.
With pride, prize money, and bragging rights on the line, the Auto Super Shoppes Baypark Sprintcar Trifecta is shaping up to be a thrilling mini-series that will test the very best Sprintcar talent.
The countdown is on.
See you at Baypark in a few days.
