This year, Buddy returns with Way Motorsport for the third consecutive season. Kofoid’s career reached a new high on September 1, 2024, when he triumphed at the Highbank Nationals at Huset’s Speedway. This wasn’t just any win; it came with a $100,000 paycheck. The race was particularly poignant for Buddy, who had come heartbreakingly close the year before when a mechanical failure robbed him of victory with just 10 laps remaining.
