Dear Ticket Holders,

The much-awaited Awards Evening to celebrate last season’s amazing achievements is just around the corner, and we can’t contain our excitement! We have some important information to share with you before the big event:

🚌 Bus Pick-up Points: For those who have booked the bus service, please take note of the following pick-up times:

• Bayfair Pick-up: 4:30 pm sharp at Farm Street (located at the back of Bayfair Mall, bus stop).
• Greerton Pick-up: Be at the Greerton Racecourse on Cameron Road and Maitland Street by 5:00 pm sharp. There will be a main bus and a smaller bus to accommodate everyone. The buses will return to the same stops after the event at 12:15 am.

🚪 Event Schedule: The doors to Eagle Ridge will open at 5:15 pm. We kindly request all guests to be indoors and seated by 5:50 pm at the latest, as the entrees will commence at that time.

🍹 Beverage List: Attached to this email, you will find the beverage list for the evening. If there’s something you’d like to see at the bar that’s not on the list, please let us know in advance.

🍽️ Dinner Menu: Also attached is the menu for the evening, which will follow an alternative drop plate system. For the entree, everyone will receive the same dish. For the main course, two delectable dishes have been chosen, and one will be placed in front of you. If it’s not your preferred choice, feel free to swap with someone else at your table – both dishes are equally delightful. Dessert will be a chef-selected range of 5-star treats.

📸 Let’s Take a Selfie Photo Booth: Capture the memories of this special night at the “Let’s Take a Selfie” photo booth located on the veranda outside, near the outdoor fire. The booth will be available from 5:30 pm to 9:30 pm, and Jess will be there to assist you. Every photo taken will be printed on the spot for you to keep – it’s completely free, so make the most of it!

All professional photo’s will be taken by our very own Blissful Photography and will be posted on our socials and website the following week. You will be able to purchase Hi Quality versions from Jessica via her socials as well.

🎶 After the Awards: At the completion of the awards ceremony at 9:30 pm, the DJ will kick off the party! Some tables will be removed at the front to make space for the dance floor, and the celebration will continue until midnight.

This Awards Evening promises to be an extraordinary event, and we can’t wait to celebrate and thank you all for being a part of the incredible season at Baypark Speedway.
